RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At BAMBI, we review each return or refund request individually.


Returns

We do not accept returns of used, opened, or tampered products.

Due to logistical and operational reasons, physical returns are not accepted, except in exceptional, duly justified cases.


Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in the following cases:

 

  • Product defective from origin

 


For a claim to be valid, the customer must provide clear evidence (photographs or videos) within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the order.


If a refund is approved, it may be:

 

  • Partial

  • By product replacement

  • Or by store coupon

 


The form of compensation will be determined by BAMBI.


Orders in transit

Cancellations or refunds for orders that have already been shipped are not accepted.
